Purpose and legal basis

The data sent via the contact form are processed solely for the purpose of responding to requests. Legal basis: performance of pre‑contractual measures at the request of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or the controller’s legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Processed data

Name, email address, message content, and minimal technical metadata (e.g., system logs for security and anti‑spam). No profiling activities are carried out.

Processing methods and security

Data are processed with IT tools, with appropriate technical and organizational measures (HTTPS transmission, mailbox protection, limited access, controlled retention).

Retention

Communications received via the contact form are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and in any case no longer than 12 months, subject to legal obligations or rights protection.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by service providers (hosting, email) acting as processors. No transfers to non‑EU countries are envisaged without adequate safeguards.

Data subject rights

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, using the contact form. They also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
